These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases you make. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Cohesionix Ltd, trading as Renaissance Wear. Cohesionix Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15987582, with its registered office at 39 Songthrush Road, Banbury, OX15 4GL. When you buy from this website, you are entering into a contract with Cohesionix Ltd, not with a separate company called "Renaissance Wear".

2. Eligibility to purchase

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. If you are under 16, you may only purchase with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who will be the contracting party.

3. Products

• Product colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to device, monitor and lighting settings.
• Garment sizing may vary slightly between items and production runs; please refer to our size guide.
• Embroidered items may have minor natural variations as part of their handmade character.
• Limited-run items may sell out quickly and restocks are not guaranteed.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we have confirmed it and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where there is an error on the website, suspected fraudulent activity, a stock issue, or a pricing or description mistake. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

5. Pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card details on our own servers. By submitting payment information you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the relevant amount.

9. Intellectual property

All Renaissance Wear branding, designs, logos, artwork, product imagery, photography, copy and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Cohesionix Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including your statutory rights as a consumer).

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the order was placed.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, supplier issues, industrial action, or extreme weather.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the website at the time you place it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
