Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process and ship your Renaissance Wear order.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates only and start from dispatch, not from the date your order is placed.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Accurate delivery details
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@renaissancewear.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
5. Lost or delayed parcels
Occasionally parcels are delayed by the courier. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will not usually treat a parcel as lost until the carrier's own investigation is complete.
6. International orders — customs and duties
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.
